All sales are final. Our products are made or prepared especially for you, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, colour, texture or size choice.

Our Quality Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@chiicltd.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not wear, wash, cut, colour or style the item. Once approved, we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
